Inglewood Sanitary Trunk Project
The remainder of the concrete shaft is scheduled to be demolished in the next two weeks. Residents can anticipate some noise, dust, and vibration while this work is being completed.
Site restoration is anticipated to begin in early spring. This work includes site clean-up, pathway repairs, Bow Riverbank restoration, tree and shrub planting in the green space and along the bank of the river, and grass seeding. Crews will be excavating the alley to remove the temporary water line that was installed, followed by re-paving the alley aftwards.
Enmax will be back onsite to remove the threephase power to the site. This will require a temporary trench across the 7 Ave S.E. alley followed by pavement rehabilitation. Enmax will also be onsite to remove one of the wooden transmission poles that was too close to the site trailers to remove last year.
